Meet nearby Party Game Players! This group is designed for adults (sort-of) who enjoy games like Pictionery, Scattergories, Password, and Charades. Very easy rules and a nice, intimate setting where we keep score but nobody loses.  Typically, we stick to PARTY games and not card or board games. It's more constant action for everybody, and, I believe, lends itself to more goofiness!    MAKE TIME FOR FUN!!

Coming summer 2012!

We play Euro-type boardgames (think Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, RA, Agricola, Railroad Tycoon, Age of Empires III, Goa, etc.) and light Tabletop Miniature Wargames (using Command & Colors rules).

… Our games are currently held at 10 AM on the 1st Saturday and 7Pm on the 3rd Friday of each month. We play in a finished basement with 2 large comfortable gaming rooms. The Chicago Regional Alliance of gamers meets one Saturday each month for a wide variety of boardgames. Our members range in age from 17 to over 70. All ages and experience levels are welcome.

This is a groups of folks who enjoy roleplaying games in and around Oak Park and who want to play on a regular basis. I am a professional who works in Chicago and I live in Oak Park. My friends and I have been playing Axis and Allies for years now. We have grown tired of the same old alliances and strategies. So, we have created a revised rules version of A&A use the 1940's Europe and Pacific maps. The major changes are that we have now started the game with no alliances of any kind.
