I decided to start this group based on two things that I truly enjoy. Wine, and board games. I also feel like I'm lacking in the lady friend department. You don't have to be a nerd to join this group... but you can be :) I believe competition, team work and laughter are great building blocks for friendship. This group meets in Manhattan on weekends to play board games and card games. The emphasis is on party games more than Eurogames and we are happy to teach games to newcomers. Different games are played at each meetup. Both singles and couples are welcome. Adults of all ages are welcome. Meetups are free and we often meet in pubs and restaurants.
