I decided to start this group based on two things that I truly enjoy. Wine, and board games. I also feel like I'm lacking in the lady friend department. This group meets in Manhattan on weekends to play board games and card games. The emphasis is on party games more than Eurogames and we are happy to teach games to newcomers. Different games are played at each meetup. I decided to start this group because I love playing Scrabble while tipsy, but no one I know likes to play at all. I'm fairly competitive at the game, but amateur players are welcome.
